Data and deletion request

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data or uploaded photos at any time. This process follows the protected-preview privacy policy.

What you can request

You have the right to request any of the following actions on your data:

  • Deletion of photos uploaded to the platform.
  • Deletion of your contact and intake information.
  • Correction of incorrect or incomplete data.
  • Access to a summary of the data we hold about you.
  • Deletion of your consent records.
  • Deletion of AI visual planning results associated with your account.

How to submit a request

Send an email to notifications@seemybody.ai with the following information:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address or phone number you used to register.
  • Description of your request: what data you want deleted, corrected, or accessed.
  • If urgent, include 'URGENT' in the email subject line.

What happens next

Once your request is received, the clinic or platform team will:

  • Verify your identity in a reasonable way.
  • Proceed with the requested deletion or correction.
  • Confirm the completed action by email.
  • Photo deletion includes the physical file in private storage.
